Position : Network Architect (Cisco) Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: 8 month contract (possible extensions up until December) Must Haves: 7 or more years of experience as an infrastructure architect working with Cisco Experience with Avaya ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) Experience with Cisco UCCE (Unified Contact Center Enterprise) or ICM (Intelligent Contact Management) Pluses: Any Cisco Certifications Day to Day: Manage the application infrastructure discovery and decomposition to develop the Point of Departure documentation. Assist the LTA in definition of move method and Point of Arrival documentation. Assemble and submit service catalogue requests required for migration implementation.
