| Duties & Responsibilites : | Project Information:
Client is looking to develop a web tool which can quote all of the different products that they sell. Users will need to be able to type in information and get a reflexive quote.
Technologies and Tools:
· Java 1.6+ (JEE components: JNDI, JDBC, Servlets)
· JSP to Servlets
· general _javascript_
· SOAP Web services
· JDBC DAO layer calling stored procedures
· Ant scripts
Development Methodology:
Mostly Waterfall development with slightly faster development (monthly)
Small application
Team Dynamics:
Developers work on their own. Meetings are bi-weekly
Skills Needed:
· 5+ Years Java Development
· 2+ Years development using JSPs and Servlets
· Previous experience with UI _javascript_
· 2+ Years developing SOAP web services
· Previous experience with JNDI and JDBC calls to stored procedures.
· Mostly front end and middle tier development
· Previous experience with billing systems a plus
· Previous experience with Healthcare a plus
Special Notes:
Should not be too hard to fill, but is not using a lot
Interview Process:
1 phone interview - technical and personality - will ask a lot about experience
