Location:- Atlanta, GA
Duration:- 12 months
Interview:- Will hire off the Phone Screen.
Top 3 requirements candidate needs to be very strong. Others need to have competency in but not top experts.
•Core AP Business processes (VchrBuild, Matching, Posting, JGen, Paycycle, Vendor maintenance)
•AP and PO System Details (Table structure, knowledge of processes, components, interface points etc)
•Configuration expertise (AP BU setup, Banking setup, etc)
•High volume interfacing of POs, invoices, receipts into system
•Payment processing (paycycle, ACH, EFT, financial gateway)
•Purchasing system exposure (PO processes like creating, close, receipt, accrual, recurring PO, etc)
•Communication, initiative, ownership, team skills
•Vendor managing exposure
•Multinational exposure (VAT, multicurrency, international banking)
•Accounting knowledge and exposure
