| Duties & Responsibilites : |

Lead the implementation of a software asset management tool Populate, maintain and organize proof of purchase entitlement information

Process software maintenance renewals Track technology hardware and software purchases via an Asset Management database repository

Proactively reconcile the company's licensed usage with the company's licensed rights Understand and interpret software license agreement
-
Experience with an IT asset management tool, e.g. Eracent, Flexara, Snow, etc.

Ability to manage a large project Strong Microsoft Excel skills Industry knowledge of software policies, procedures and compliance Experience working with remote teams & resources Attention to detail, ability to multitask Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Business, or relevant work experience

Industry knowledge of software policies, procedures and compliance
-
Experience developing and documenting business processes in support of a Software Asset Management strategy
-
Vendor Contract Negotiations skills a plus
