Duration : 6 months plus
Project Manager
Job Description:
. Initiate Project 7 to 8
. Establish Project Estimates with the help of the team (includes
review/signoff)
. Handle Scope creep, Change management [CRs] and Escalation
Management
. Conduct Kick offs [both client kick off and team kick off
meetings]
. Conduct skill-gap and identify potential trainings for the teams
to fulfill the needs of the project.
. Plan the project milestones and execution
. Project level Risk Management and Issue Management.
. Establish the project acceptance plan
. Plan and track the project deliverables and progress using
appropriate tools
. Prepare monthly billing and provide inputs to the stake holders
depending on the type of the project
. Interface with customer and achieve customer satisfaction
. Resource Management
. Status Reporting to all the relevant internal and external
stakeholders
. To handle the communication between offshore and onsite.
. Quality Assurance
. Release Planning
Preferred Skills :
. Agile Project Management experience
. Thorough knowledge of SDLC
. Excellent communications (verbal and written)
. Global delivery experience is plus
. Familiarity with MS-Project tool
. Conflict Management and Adaptability
