•Works with Team and Messaging Team to set up transmission, including ensuringboth sides have the digital certificates needed for encryption/decryption andauthentication, setting up receiving route in Rhapsody and testing. • Extracting data from host systems like VVESTS, EDR and VIIS and creating XMLfiles as specified by the Client. • Create MAPPER definition files, as necessary • Assist in acceptance testing of all message feeds where required, includingvalidating message structures and vocabulary sets used • Works with XXXX and staff to set up routes for processing and validating andtransforming messages as needed • Troubleshoot and maintain existing routes and messaging activities, as needed • Attend meetings with business as technical messaging expert, as needed • Documentation of all development effort and cross training team SkillsRequired / Desired: OrionHealth Rhapsody Required 5 Years HL7Messaging Desired 3 Years SQLServer 200 and 2005 Required 3 Years SeniorLevel Programmer/Analyst Required 5 Years SystemAnalysis Required 5 Years Excellentoral and written communication skills Required 5 Years Digitalcertificates for authentication and encryption Desired 2 Years Knowledgeof public health messaging Desired 2 Years Familiaritywith LOINC and SNOMED codesets Desired 2 Years EXPERIENCEWITH WEB SERVICES Required 3 Years PHINMSSETUP AND CONFIGURATION Desired 2 Years EXPERIENCEWITH ASP .NET Desired 2 Years T-SQLSTORED PROCEDURES AND FUNCTIONS Desired 2 Years
