1. 9+ years experience of which 6+ years on billing (telecom billing domain) and ability to understand billing related business and functional requirements. 2. 6+ years Experience on CSGI (Singl.eView) Convergent Billing, Revenue Management & Invoice Development Tool. 3. Ability to identify and create enterprise level Architecture for all BSS systems, independently. 4. Ability to assess the application functionality requirements & perform impact analysis on various applications. 5. Ability to Identify Tariff (Recurring, One-off), subtotals, DAs, AT, RT, EV, EPM functions, Direct variables, attributes configuration, Account type, Person type, General Ledger, Receivable type, currency type, payment type, discount based on the requirement 6. Ability to prepare High level and low level design documents of Single.View requirements and identify the gaps in requirements, functional flows, communication between interfaces and close gaps. 7. Ability to identify interface requirements and able to prepare High level and low level designs for interface integrations with other BSS systems. 8. Ability to support and guide the Data migration team regarding the Single.View Data migration activities. 9. Develop and refine estimates to define the time and quality constraints of the project and then guide the development team to ensure the technical integrity of the solution within these constraints.
