Mandatory Technical Skills "Must Have: Revenue recognition/management using Singleview in multiple implementations. 1. 9+ years experience of which 6+ years on billing (telecom billing domain) and ability to understand billing related business and functional requirements. 2. 6+ years’ experience on CSGI (Singleview) Convergent Billing, Revenue Management & Invoice Development Tool. 3. Ability to identify and create enterprise level Architecture for all BSS systems, independently. 4. Ability to assess the application functionality requirements & perform impact analysis on various applications. 5. Expertise in designing of Tariff (Recurring, One-off), subtotals, DAs, AT, RT, EV, EPM functions, Direct variables, attributes configuration, Account type, Person type, Revenue features & functionalities like General Ledger, Receivable type, Revenue recognition, currency type, payment type, discount based on the requirement. 6. Expertise in Rating, Billing & Product Modeling inside Singleview 7. Expertise in Revenue Management Module of Singleview for Revenue recognition rules and functionality. 8. Ability to prepare High level and low level design documents of Singleview requirements and identify the gaps in requirements, functional flows, communication between interfaces and close gaps. 9. Experience in identification of interface requirements and able to prepare High level and low level designs for interface integrations with other BSS systems by using SOAP APIs and Web services. 10. Experience in integration of Singleview using TIBCO Middleware. 11. Ability to support and guide the Data migration team regarding the Singleview Data migration activities. 12. Develop and refine estimates to define the time and quality constraints of the project and then guide the development team to ensure the technical integrity of the solution within these constraints."
