Detailed technical skillsinclude: * Strong knowledge of the .NETframework class libraries and tools. * Strong working knowledge ofand experience with Visual Studio 2008/2010, SQL, SVR 2008 R2-SQL 3.5-4.0,C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, LINQ, ASMX and WCFWeb Services, HTML, CSS, _javascript_, AJAX, jQuery, and T-SQL. * Working Knowledge ofSharePoint 2010, developing SharePoint webparts and/or components, andimplementing SharePoint-based workflows using various tools (SharePointDesigner and Visual Studio). * Knowledge of softwareimplementation best practices, systems development processes, and SDLC. * Experience in application anddatabase security standards and techniques for web applications, includingscalability and performance. * Strong understanding ofbrowser-specific compatibility issues. * Strong analytical skills andgood problem solving skills. * Ability to adapt quicklyto an existing, complex environment. * Self-motivated, independent,detail oriented, and responsible team player. * Must exhibit exceptionalcustomer relationship management skills. * Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills. * Ability to rely on experienceand judgment to plan and accomplish goals, and perform a a variety ofcomplicated tasks. * Experience with ORM tools,including NHibernate, is preferred. * Certifications in .NET and/orSharePoint 2010 application development a plus Skills Required / Desired: Strong knowledge of the .NETframework class libraries and tools Strong working knowledge of and experiencewith Visual Studio 2008/2010 Required 8 Years Strong knowledge of SQLSvr 2008 R2/SQL Reporting Services/SQL Svr BIDS, Windows Server 2008,.
