| Duties & Responsibilites : | -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education or the Arts
-Minimum of 2 years Learning/Instructional Design experience in commercial eLearning production environment
-Proven experience reviewing digital learning content in a fast-paced development environment.
-Self-motivated, able to work with and communicate effectively with a variety of technical and creative individuals
-Strong design/aesthetic sensibilities
-Excellent proofreading and writing skills, and attention to detail
-Excellent communication and organization skills
-Very good decision-making and problem-solving skills
-Able to meet deadlines regularly and to highlight risks at early stages
-Industry knowledge—capable of assessing the quality of educational products quickly and thoroughly
-Committed to excellence
-Passionate about creating engaging and effective (fun!) digital learning products
-Experience teaching in a K-12 (primary or secondary) setting.
-Experience developing digital learning content for the K-12 market.
