Position: Data Analyst
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Duration: 6 months

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
All job functions are to be executed through the lens of high quality customer service. Customers are defined as both internal and external clients. Examples demonstrative of high quality service include, but are not limited to:
• Prompt responsiveness to inquiries
• Professional and courteous verbal and nonverbal communication
• Proactive problem solving
SKILLS REQUIRED/ DESIRED:
• Strong analytical skills/data analysis. Experience analyzing educational data is a plus. (Required 3 Years)
• Strong Excel and Access skills. (Required 3 Years)
• Ability to compare data files and identify anomalies. (Required 3 Years)
• Ability to apply data standards and best practices in the collection, maintenance, and analysis of data. Experience with educational data is a plus. (Required 2 Years)
• Resolve issues timely, including determining time estimates and scheduling for work. Required
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, in English with others in all levels of group and individual contacts. Required
• Ability to work cooperatively within a group of individuals at all levels, both internal and external to the organization. Required
• Execution of all responsibilities with little direct supervision. Required
• Ability to present oneself in a business-like manner including personal appearance and a pleasant demeanor to others. Required
• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, Economics or a similar field. Desired |
