Duties & Responsibilites :	Lead Software Architect (CRM) / Microsoft Dynamics Guru (xRM) --Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems or equivalent training, and a minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of technical experience in a software development environment including three (3) years of relevant software architecture experience utilizing the Microsoft Dynamics Framework including customization of Microsoft’s out of the box CRM tool. Requires advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, application systems design and integration.  Requires extensive knowledge of software development tools, including Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server development environments, source control, unit testing, and configuration management. Also requires extensive knowledge of Microsoft CRM (Dynamics) as well as integrating CRM with Microsoft’s SharePoint product. Experience with Microsoft database tools including analysis services, integration services, and reporting services. Must be capable of performing all software development tasks when necessary. A demonstrated ability to deliver software while complying with the full project life cycle methodology. Requires a solid understanding of database and object oriented design. Ability to manage concurrent projects. Handles complex application features and technical designs. Provides feedback and suggestions for process and product improvements. Seeks to expand knowledge and experience and is committed to continuous learning. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be capable of documenting solutions and proofs of concept. --Essential Functions: This position will be responsible for initial design and development of new software or extensive revisions to existing systems.  Defines product requirements and creates high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems and platforms. The lead level is the top-level technical expert with responsibility for the design and development of custom Microsoft Dynamics solutions that support the strategic enterprise software and other company systems.  • Provides technical leadership on complex projects. • May guide a team of developers through a project life-cycle to completion.  • Is considered to be the top level technical expert in a business and/or functional area. • Mentors project members and more junior staff toward success in software design.  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • Performs a variety of complicated tasks.  • Acts independently under general direction Further Project Information: (Notes took by our Senior Architect when qualifying with their hiring manager) Lead Software Architect (CRM) : -Microsoft Dynamics CRM -Be able to stand up the CRM environment and extend it functionality -The internal customers of the bank want highly customized applications based on CRM. -They are looking for a Systems Admin type role and the Developer/Architect -Implementation and Development -They want a CRM guru to help them move to the next level. -They will be leading a development team that is trying to make CRM replace their loan origination process. -Very hands on in the code. Technologies & Tools: Microsoft Dynamics CRM MicroStrategy Architect: SQL Server MicroStrategy BI tools Development Methodology: Waterfall Team Dynamics: BA team 2 developers Skills Needed: Very collaborative environment, unusually so for the bank.
