* Well versed in designing and building applications with object-oriented
software development methodologies and practices using Java and related
technologies.
 * Strong experience with a reasonable subset of the following:
            * Core Java (1.5+): Multi threading, concurrency, annotations,
collections, etc.
            * Spring, Mule, Ibatis, Maven, Eclipse.
            * J2EE, and related technologies including JMS.
            * Relational databases and SQL (Oracle).
            * XML technologies including DTD/XSD, Object XML mapping
frameworks such as JAXB.
            * TDD: Unit testing (JUnit / Mock), Continuous Integration,
Agile methodologies.
            * Knowledge of Liferay Portal functionalities.
 * Knowledge of& experience working with common design patterns and
industry standards.
 * Strong communication, analysis and problem solving skills.
 * Work well within a team environment, with minimal supervision.
Must have: Financial Services experience (Good to have Capital Markets
experience)****
