| Duties & Responsibilites : | This project involves the agency middleware infrastructure. The message broker is an architectural pattern for message validation, message transformation and message routing. It mediates communication amongst applications, minimizing the mutual awareness that applications should have of each other in order to be able to exchange messages, effectively implementing decoupling. The purpose of a broker is to take incoming messages from applications and perform some action on them. Additionally, the message broker utilizes workload queues that are message queues handled by multiple receivers. Such queues must be managed, transacted, and usually stored reliably, at a single point.
The following are daily tasks that will be monitored and supported for the Message broker include but are not limited to the following:
• Authorize and Authenticate external and internal trading partners.
• Monitor routes and route messages to one or more of many endpoints or destinations
• Transform messages to an alternative representation
• Perform message aggregation, decomposing messages into multiple messages and sending them to their destination, then recomposing the responses into one message to return to the user
• Interact with an external repository to augment a message or store it
• Invoke Web services to retrieve data
• Respond to events or errors
• Provide content and topic-based message routing using the publish/subscribe model
Skills Required / Desired:
Minimum 84 months Demonstrated experience performing Systems Design and Development on Medium to Large-scale projects as a Message Broker utilizing the MS .NET framework with interoperability capabilities across multiple platforms.
Minimum 84 months Demonstrated experiencein .NET Framework, with focus on Service Communications Applications, including development experience in any version of Microsoft .NET Framework.
Minimum 24 months Demonstrated Experience in the development in any version of Microsoft Silverlight 4.
Minimum 36 months Demonstrated Experience using large-scale relational database systems. With Oracle and SQL Server.
Minimum 24 months Demonstrated experience working on Large-scale complex Healthcare Systems.
Minimum 60 months Demonstrated experience using a structured software development lifecycle.
Microsoft Certified Professional as a Enterprise Application Developer

Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Silverlight 4
A copy of the certification must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form
Bachelors Degree
