Duties & Responsibilites :	Job Details: Years of IT Experience - 5-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Must have excellent written and verbal skills and be a team player.  Ability to foster good working relationships with team members and users.  Ability to work in fast paced public health laboratory environment and manage multiple deadlines.   Mid- to senior-level developer with at least 3 years experience with web application development using Oracle, _javascript_, .Net and Crystal reporting tools.  Experience in writing complex SQL and writing Oracle PLSQL programs is required. Experience in _javascript_ is required. Experience using Crystal reports. Must have experience in Web application development using .Net. Experience in Visual Studio 2008 and C# is a plus. Should be familiar in using source control tools and issue tracking tools. Degree from an accredited college or university with major study in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating :   Experience in SQL and PLSQL Required 3 Years    Experience in _javascript_ Required 3 Years    Experience using Crystal reports Highly desired 3 Years   Web application development using .Net, c# Highly desired 3 Years    Web application interface development and reports development Required 3 Years    Experience with data modeling and designing Desired 2 Years   Source control and Issue tracking tools Highly desired 3 Years   BS Degree in CS or IT Required
