Duties & Responsibilites :	Must posess strong skills in object-oriented analysis, design, and implementation (using UML), with active involvement in all phases of project life cycle. Quickly understands functional and technical aspects of software development projects and offer excellent communication skills.  Experience with developing web enabled State health emergency preparedness and response applications a strong plus and/or experience developing clients enterprise web applications.   Must have Java, J2EE, Oracle PL/SQL, design patterns. Must be a team player.  Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential. Must provide writing samples such as Email paragraphs to something more formal. Years of Relevant Experience: 5 plus Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study Role Description: Must posess strong skills in object-oriented analysis, design, and implementation (using UML), with active involvement in all phases of project life cycle.
