| Duties & Responsibilites : | Requirement:
Looking for a Java Tech Lead to analyze business rules, process flows and use cases to create technical specifications document, provide module level design and create helper classes. Lead upto 5 java developers to deploy the application. Support QA and user testing by providing timely fixes. The project is going through recovery from failure, looking for a very senior person who can deliver under stress in a planned manner.
Qualifications –
1. 8+ years of experience in J2EE design and development
2. Experience leading other developers on the team
3. Experience in a business process automation project – workflows, work queues, interfaces
4. Ability to understand and analyze use cases
5. Candidates with Sun Microsoft Certifications in Java preferred
6. Experience with JSF/JSP, EJB, WebSphere on Windows Server Environment
7. Experience in building systems from scratch – full life cycle development experience
8. Experience with Oracle 11g – must be able to create applications that offer fast responses
9. Preference will be given to those who have worked on recovering failing projects
10. Ability to debug issues with existing systems
11. Ability to build and deploy on WebShphere on Windows Server
12. Must be able to create technical design document – Class and Sequence diagrams |
