| Duties & Responsibilites : | JOB Overview:
This position is part of the deployment team in the department and will be responsible for all deployments into staging and production.
This will be for all applications in all environment that the department participates in (ESF MS, ESF MSL, DOS).
This includes the setup of the environments, loading of services from the Microsoft family of products and configuration of these services to ensure that they are functioning correctly on the servers prior to deployment.
This includes making sure that the services and servers are healthy and remain that way while being leveraged.
Application level configuration and understanding of how all of the components in the environment work. Keeping track of all components in each system, where they are deployed and how they are working.
All duties assigned during the life cycle of an applications. Participating in all testing of the applications.
Participating in the normal daily project meetings and keeping the deployment dates log.
Skills Required / Desired:
Deployment of Applications (.NET Framework) Required 1 Years
Configuration of Services (.NET Framework) Required 1 Years
Server Support Experience Required 3 Years
Experience with installing and configuring Windows 2003 Server and Windows 2008 Server. Required 5 Years
Experience with administration, support and troubleshooting clusters. Required 2 Years
Experience with installing and configuring SharePoint Server. Required 2 Years
Experience with installing and configuring .Net Framework. Required 2 Years
Experience configuring and managing IIS Required 2 Years
Experience with participating in performance testing Required 2 Years |
