Location: Redmond,WA.
Duration: 12months
Required Skills:
- Linux skills – Unix Admin level skills required for MOP deployments. Hands on experience with using and managing UNIX (Linux, solaris) based systems
- Hands on experience with installation and deployment of applications on Linux/Unix based platforms
- Network skills – Hands on experience needed for Platform integration activities – vLANs configurations, Subnetting (IPv4 and IPv6), Routing, etc.
- Hands on experience with protocol analysis (using tools like Wireshark and OS utilities) and in depth understanding of TCP/IP & HTTP call flows, client/server architectures, proxy and web server functions etc.
- Protocol understanding for
- HTTP and TCP/IP
- LDAP
- FTP
- UDP and AAA protocols
- SSL / TLS
- TFTP and BootP used in jumpstarting nodes
- SQL knowledge and experience for viewing and updating Oracle database
- Knowledge and experience with Veritas clustering software
- Unix Shell scripting – inspecting and updating Install scripts, workflow scripts etc.
