The BPM Consultant will then work with the BPM Lead and various stakeholders to identify operational processes which can be improved by the application of BPM tools and techniques such as Lean and Six Sigma, establish associated key metrics and Key Performance Indexes (KPI) and infrastructure to support these initiatives, train appropriate resources, apply the techniques, produce all necessary artifacts, and then finally measure the result. The majority of the roles in the earlier part of 2013 will be in the development of BPM capability, process and tools, while the later part of the year will be focused on implementation and measurement of results. **** ** ** *Requirements:* • Strong Lean and Lean Six Sigma Process improvement experience in an operational environment. **** • 6-10+ years of experience in business process mapping/documentation, business process management (BPM) and business process improvement (BPI) experience with business transformational programs and initiatives, including but not limited to "as is" state process assessment and documentation, "to be" or ideal future state design, gap analysis, transition management, change management and value realization. **** • Strong strategic and tactical communication, planning and execution, facilitation, relationship building, time-management and organizations skills **** • Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities **** • Detailed-oriented and takes initiative to creatively resolve issues and find solutions **** • Strong BPM process and tool (e.g., Six-Sigma, Lean process black belt), project management, and analytical skills required to effectively oversee projects and execute with excellence **** • A Bachelor's degree is required.
