We are looking for a Performance Engineering  Test lead to run the
Performance Engineering for a Supply Chain initiative.  This person will
participate in major initiatives to improve performance by examining both
software and hardware from the front end to the back end. Should have
strong experience identifying bottlenecks across multiple layers of the
system.  You will be charged with a hands-on approach in building, running
and maintaining an enterprise performance engineering team.  You will
analyze industry trends in Performance Engineering to improve internal
methodologies and tools.

Overall min *8+ yrs* experience with experience as Lead is must.

·         3-5 years of experience in performance engineering – analyzing
logs, identifying and proposing performance optimization solutions,
benchmark testing, performance tuning etc..

·         Experience working in projects which involves multiple
technologies like Mainframe, ETL,  Java etc…

This is a highly visible position that requires superior technical and
interpersonal skills.**

 1.       10 + years of performance engineering experience - benchmark
testing, performance analysis, and tuning and developing software benchmarks

2.       Expert ability to identify performance issues within the Database,
Operating System, Network, Software (JAVA) or Hardware

3.       Hands-on experience building enterprise level performance test
suites

4.       Excellent ability to partner with Developers, Systems Engineers
and Database Administrators to collaboratively tune systems

5.       Review automation implementations and encourage sound design
principles while remaining practical and milestone driven

6.       Thorough understanding of performance testing tools such as HP
LoadRunner including open source tools

7.       Expert ability to dissect large amounts of data and identify
potential issues

8.       Excellent skills in summarizing  large amount of metrics into
meaningful graphs and reports

9.       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

10.     Willing to do Offshore Coordination
