*Job Description:* *Primary Activities and Deliverables: * • Develop a deployment plan to deliver the ILMS SaaS solution (SAP SuccessFactors Learning module) to the Chevron enterprise in Q3 2014. This will include management of a pilot deployment to select stakeholders in Q2 2014. • Execute and track on deployment plan activities. • Perform deployment readiness assessments. • Maintain deployment execution metrics. • Develop and implement a release management strategy for SAP SF Learning, in cooperation with the SAP SF Performance Management team. • Assist with execution of operations readiness and transition activities. *Experience:* +10 Years Experience *Preferred Skills: * Desired Skills and Knowledge: • Experience planning and executing deployment of an enterprise-wide solution. • Knowledgeable of Chevron best practices in deployment and release management. • Good written and verbal communication skills.
