| Duties & Responsibilites : | Mandatory skills – Lead testers:
• static testing, pair wise and risk based testing and experience with complex test design, estimation and project delivery.
Mandatory skills – Test Coordinators:
• 3+ year of Project Delivery experience (project management / project coordination skills)
• Project Management skills
There will be 2 different skillsets dedicated to upcoming projects
Test Coordinators
• 5+ years of QA experience
• 3+ year of Project Delivery experience (project management / project coordination skills)
• Must have experience with Quality Center. Experience with Caliber for requirements management is a plus.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing
• Must have proven experience driving testing projects to completion and meeting deadlines
Lead Level Testers
• Experience with modern test efficiency techniques such as static testing, pair wise and risk based testing and proven experience with complex test design, estimation and project delivery
• 5 – 7+ years of strong QA experience
• Experience with designing test strategies
• Must have experience with modern test efficiency techniques such as static testing, pair wise and risk based testing
• Must have experience with Quality Center. Experience with Caliber for requirements management is a plus.
• Experience with project estimation and delivery
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Telecom Industry experience is a plus but not required
• Any experience with Automation would be helpful. Not writing automated scripts, but understanding of what it makes sense to automate, etc.
• Must be ok with work on high pressure / high visibility projects. Experience working on large, high-visibility projects is preferred.
