Duties & Responsibilites :	1. Develop and maintain automated regression tests using QTP (Quick Test Professional) software for ALFS web. 2. Design GUI for multiple financial applications to ensure consistent usability and functionality for business owners. 3. Analyze business needs and create user acceptance tests and the appropriate documentation. 4. Participate in daily Scrum meetings to support Agile methodology used for system development Skills required: 5 years experience creating, maintaining, and running regression tests using QTP (Quick Test Professional) or other testing tool. 5 years experience doing Quality Assurance and usability testing and analysis. 5 years experience working with government financial data. 3 years experience creating testing documents for User Acceptance testing 18 months Demonstrated experience creating on-line help using Robohelp or another tool. 1 year Demonstrated experience using Team Foundation Server. 6 Months Demonstrated experience working in an Agile development environment. BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution.
