Please go through the job description below and share your interest. *Job Title Development Lead* *Location St. Louis, MO* *Duration 5+ months * *Primary Skill * · Pure Development Lead - there is no coding with this job - it' s managing the developers *Need: GC or Citizen*** *Job Description:* • Lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external (customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. • Apply knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation. • Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design. · Job Requirements • Pure Development Lead - there is no coding with this job - it' s managing the developers • Needs someone who can monitor the technical deliverables (staying on track) / understand status on a daily basis (4 to 5 on-shore and 10-15 IDC off-shore resources (there is an IDC lead too) / GCP developers • Be able to troubleshoot tech problems and review the technical designs/objects (are they sound technically but also meet the business needs/objectives) • 2 applications in scope? one is Java websphere/Oracle DB and the other is .net / SQL Server • One app helps qualify people that do not have any insurance. If below a certain income level, they qualify to receive free drug medication. • One is a reimbursement app helps determine how best to get reimbursed if someone does not have enough medical insurance. • Does not need to have specific industry knowledge but needs to have good business acumen.
