 *Knowledge and Skills:*

- Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical.

- The ability to interface with and help direct multiple teams when
troubleshooting issues is essential.

- Red Hat Linux running in a 24x7 environment; nfs, shell scripting,
performance tuning, patch management

- Must have working knowledge of network (LAN/WAN) technologies and UNIX
system management tools

- Strong scripting skills in one of the following; shell scripting, ant,
maven,etc.

- Apache Tomcat 7.x webserver in a clustered environment

- Knowledge of UNIX server hardware components

- Experience in supporting systems running Oracle Database a plus.

- Adept at researching technology solutions with all available resources

- Generate innovative approaches and solutions to recurring tasks or
problems.

- Proven analytical and trouble shooting skills

- Ability to determine and assign tasks to others to achieve project goals

- Utilize change and incident management systems to achieve highly
available enterprise systems

- Very strong documentation and communication skills

- Client-facing experience

- Previous experience working with Remedy based ticketing systems a plus

- Experience working with version control tools such as Subversion is a plus



*Previous Experience*

- Preferable 5+ years of Operating System experience supporting
sophisticated mission critical environments

- Demonstrated project guidance with delegation experience

- Preferable 3+ years of direct customer service experience

- Ideal candidate will be excellent team player who is flexible and adapts
to change quickly as well as possesses ability to effectively work with and
lead team members across multiple locations.

- Candidate must be able to effectively interact with all levels of
customer staff

- Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development
group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary

- Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps

- Deployment of application and database throughout multiple environments

 This role will work closely with and support a team that is developing a
Mobile Wallet app for iOS and Android.
