Business Development Executive – SAP Services – 3 positions
Position Title: Business Development Executive
Duration: Fulltime - Permanent
Job Location: Chennai
Looking for :
  • Great interpersonal skills, working effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Education related to IT Management / Business.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Technology consulting / client facing position.
  • Prior experience in selling SAP consulting service a big plus.
 
Recruitment Consultant: Technical Recruiter – 3 positions
Position Title: Technical Recruiter
Duration: Fulltime - Permanent
Job Location: Chennai
Looking for :
  • 1 – 4 plus years of work experience in domestic or US IT Recruitment
  • Hands on experience in US IT Recruitment is a plus, Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Responsibilities include full life-cycle recruitment comprising sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates; coordinating and executing interviews, maintaining candidate/client communication; and negotiating and closing job offer packages.
  • Fast paced, high volume recruiting and placement through creating and posting ads on internet and other mediums, utilizing research, telephone cold calling, personal networking, internal/external sourcing, candidate database queries, Internet mining.
  • Build an active pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs.
  • Interact with On-Shore (US) Recruiting Account Managers to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow
  • Generate weekly reports, provide consistent feedback to candidates, client and management
  • Must be able to utilize creative methods of recruiting including but not limited to Internet based search engines, cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.
  • Time management skills with ability to respond and act quickly
  • Ability to work independently, Experience in call center is preferred
