Description:
Build a comprehensive “mobile first” web based recovery monitoring tool to provide transparency and accountability for all state wide recovery efforts across multiple funding sources and uses for multiple state agencies.
Build a user interface and website that can report out on a wide range of data elements related to funding sources and uses from multiple agencies.
Develop dashboard style reporting web interface to data warehouse.
Use HTML5, jQuery, CSS3, responsive web design techniques, ASP.NET MVC to develop dashboard.
Provide leadership to and collaborate with development project team members.
Skills Required:
48 months experience with front-end development practices and technologies (jQuery/_javascript_, AJAX/JSON, HTML, CSS). Must have in-depth knowledge, experience to support the design, architecture and development of a highly scalable BI dashboard and reporting website.
24 months experience in Responsive Web Design frameworks (ZURB Foundation/Bootstrap) and the principles of mobile web development. Must understand of responsive design/developmentpractices and technologies (HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery).
3.60 months experience developing in ASP.NET MVC (VB.NET experience preferred).
24 months experience in dashboard design.
12 months experience with XXX Directory Services user identity and access management service.
12 months experience using jQuery frameworks such as KendoUI.
Bachelors degree (or higher) in Computer Science.
Technical Archtect:
- Technical expert centered around a technology, technologies or a portfolio of applications- Designing and implementing Information Technology solutions
