Duties & Responsibilites :	The Business Intelligence Developer (BID) is experienced in developing Business Intelligence Applications.  This role requires the ability to work with COTS and custom tools designed to analyze business data that could include financial, operational or other metrics reporting.  This technology typically provides historical, current and predictive views of operations.  The Business Intelligence Developer would work with online analytical process, business performance management, benchmarking, or predictive analytics applications.  The Business Intelligence Developer’s responsibility within the various stages of the development/implementation cycle can include requirements gathering, analysis, design, construction, testing, deployment, tool administration and configuration, and end-user training. Years of Relevant Experience: 7 plus years Preferred Education: 4 year college degree Role Description: - Experience in all areas of the software development lifecycle. - Mentor and supervise other Business Intelligence developers. - Experience configuring RDBMS databases and servers supporting large volumes of data for business intelligence applications. Skills Required / Desired: - Software Development Lifecycle Required 7 Years   - Enterprise Data Warehouse/Data Mart environment utilizing Data Modeling, Data Stage 7.0, 8.0 and Business Object XI and 6.5 Required 7 Years   - Experience with ETL and Business Intelligence development in an enterprise data warehouse environment, including identifying user requirements  Required 7 Years   - Experience using Ascential Data Stage Server and Enterprise Edition in an Oracle-hosted Data Warehouse  Required 7 Years   - Experience in developing and maintaining Dependent/Independent data marts Required 7 Years   - Experienced in using Data Stage Basic (DSBASIC) Language and Extensible Markup Language (XML), use of TOAD, SQL and PL/SQL Required 7 Years   - Experienced in Source to Target mapping between Data Warehouse and target data mart universe databases  Required 7 Years   - Experience using Business Objects Designer and Web Intelligence including universe and report design, construction and documentation Required 7 Years   - Previous experience with Business Objects environment for warehouse projects  Required 7 Years
