Lead requirements review sessions with internal and external clients. Document the business systems requirements based on the business processes. Work with the business and the IT department to configure the business system. Provide ongoing interpretation and clarification of requirements to the IT development team. Provide liaison between business users and developers to ensure ongoing alignment and issue resolution. Develop UAT strategy, test cases and scripts as necessary. *Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Technology or related field. Minimum of 4 years of business process re-engineering experience. Minimum of 3 years of business systems requirements experience. Experience with launching a Line of Business is highly desirable. Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
