Duties & Responsibilites :	Project Scope Exchange Server 2003 to 2010 - ~Design & deployment of a single Exchange 2010 Server    ~Configure Exchange 2010 ~Migrate 186+/- mail accounts and 1 storage group, with approximately 46 GB of mail ~Migrate all mailboxes and setting/policies from current Exchange server to new Exchange server ~Setup and configure Outlook Web access over a secure connection ~Change email address suffix per design ~Setup Outlook clients to connect to the new Exchange server ~Assist with third party software with integrates with Exchange  ~Optimized new Exchange server logging and mail purging/cleanup based on best practices ~Design PowerShell script for alerts/statistics for specific mailboxes ~ Proper decommission Exchange 2003 server
