| Duties & Responsibilites : | ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This position requires the ability to work as a contributor to the Market Operations team at Oncor and the experience to manage validation and resolution of revenue impacting issues and deliver accurate solutions from documented or verbal specifications/processes in a timely manner. A primary responsibility of this position is to actively engage in the daily operations of Revenue Management activities. This includes analytical review of meter-to-cash work streams through on-going performance and monitoring of key Revenue Management business processes and revenue systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES include the following:
• Accurately reviews, researches and responds to revenue related issues/disputes submitted by Competitive Retailers, ONCOR’s customers
• Must possess excellent written communication skills and have the ability to effectively communicate externally with Competitive Retailers and also with internal contacts
• Design queries and reports as required to perform analysis and complete work assignments
• Perform data and business analysis of the meter-to-cash work streams and identify existing or potential issues
• Perform daily validation and correction as needed on Revenue Management data
• Perform business related analysis of trends and business conditions
• Produce quality results in a rapidly changing environment
• Effectively analyze large amounts of information or data across multiple platforms
• Ensure operational issues are resolved in a timely and decisive manner or escalated as appropriate
• Ability to analyze market transaction related issues to identify root cause and proactively provide feedback for improvement both internally and externally.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
Minimal background and knowledge requirements:
• Prefer a minimum of 5 years of professional experience
• Electric utility industry experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred
NECESSARY SKILLS/COMPETENCIES -

• Ability to analyze and interpret data using prevailing business logic and policy so that it may be validated and corrected as needed

• Possesses strong attention to detail

• Possesses a demonstrated proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work collaboratively across organizations
• Possesses a demonstrated proficiency with database applications; data extraction; query and report development

• Developing Microsoft Office skills for analysis for internal and external entities.
• Perform business related analysis of trends and business conditions.
• Produce quality results in a rapidly changing environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
