| Duties & Responsibilites : | 8 to 10 years of experience.
Skills Required / Desired:
- IDMS system programming experience Required 11 Years
- Knowledge of IDMA database structures Required 11 Years
- Ability to independently research and resolve problems Required 11 Years
- Extensive JCL experience Required 11 Years
- Experience using IDMS DBA utilities Required 11 Years
- Monitor/tune CV and batch performance (SYGEN, DMCL buffers, etc.) Required
- Perform database changes (restructure, unload/reload, rollback and roll forward, etc) Highly desired
- Experience and ability to migrate ADS and DC-COBOL programs to QA and production Highly desired
- Experience installing and upgrading software for IDMS and third party products Highly desired
- Maintain in-house web service software Highly desired
- Skills with other database platforms a plus (DB2, SQL Server, Teradata) Highly desired
- Experience with ADS and COBOL Desired
