| Duties & Responsibilites : | Job Description: Establish & maintain dealer-by-dealer implementation roadmaps for Facility, EPOS, Customer Treatment Training/Coaching Programs, Genius, Process / DPiS Coaching. Co-ordinate with HQ and other responsible parties (inc. vendors, coaches, Area Managers, architects & dealers) to ensure that the roadmap for each dealer is in line with the overall vision. Perform scheduled follow-ups to drive the implementation process so that Client NA’s operational targets and milestones are being met on time. Travel to dealers under the direction of the RCDM, RBM and the Area Manager to assist with completing action plans to meet targets. Periodically track the FMS tool to ensure that all action plans are being completed and inform RCDM, RBM and WCL peridocially. Follow up with the Area Managers as needed drive the completion of action plans as needed, supporting them to flesh out their action plans and ensure they meet milestone dates. Be the owner of the SharePoint Trackin Tool; provide weekly implementation reports dealer-by-dealer using this tool to the Region, WCL and the Future Retail 2016 Ste. Co. Help the RCDM, RBM prioritize the requests for DPiS Consulting Programs and communicate with the steering team in WCL to schedule dates. Help the RCDM prioritize requests for Client Genius and work with the steering team in WCL to schedule dates. Support the Regional CDM in processing the letter templates for CORA deficiencies, Cure Letters, Letters of Intent, Client i car opt out letters, and similar project related correspondences; subsequently following up on responses as necessary. |
