*SI-SAP Functional Consultant ***

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•

The SAP Functional Consultant will work with functional business experts to
develop SAP applications. Consultant will be expected to learn on the go
and work on both new requests/projects as well as supporting production
support. The role will include supporting the local and global community,
developing functional designs, making configuration changes, and testing
SAP application developments.


*** SAP SCM Consultant ***


1) Excellent Understanding of CS business processes and their relation with
other SAP modules (e.g. SD, PS, HR, MM/WM, FICO), and ability to understand
process complexities and propose improvement options.

2) Production issues resolution experience (minimum 4 years’ experience)
--3) Minimum of 4 years of experience in CS as functional consultant, with
at least 4 years' full life cycle project implementation experience.

4) Excellent knowledge of Siemens Spiridon NA SAP CS module configuration
and functionality.

<li>Customer Service, Plant Maintenance configuration for the SAP ECC6.0
system.
<li>Functional configuration experience with expertise in Configuration
Management, Pricing and <li>Order/Service management.
<li>Experience in the Returns/Repair process and solved issues related to
repair process
<li>Experience with Mobile integrated with Customer Service(CS)/Service
Management(SM) modules
<li>Experience with Visual Planning Board integrated with Customer Service
(CS)/Sevice Management(SM) modules
<li>Experience with SAP integration to Industry Mall platform, which
includes customer feedback system integration
<li>Setup of Installed Base, equipment records and functional locations
(iBase management) Field Service management
<li>Good understanding of business processes starting from call management
till billing.
<li>Understanding of Customer, Materials and Equipments other master data
and their integration to various SAP modules
