Duties & Responsibilites :	Job Description: Top 3: -Above average .Net/C# skills -Average BPM skills -Financial background (derivatives are a plus) Interview process: Phone to onsite (possibly a skype) to hire. Team Dynamics: This person will have only one other back up in India DB team handle most of the DBA work Skills Needed: Strong personal skills Must be willing to do support not just development • Must be able to lead and take ownership of BAIS custom developed application serving 20 users • Tech lead responsible doing 50% development and 50% support (experience with both are mandatory, non negotiable) Technical Skills • Microsoft .Net skills a must C# preferred • BPM knowledge is necessary • Informatica knowledge a plus but not required Business Skills • Findur knowledge a plus but not required • Accounting knowledge a plus but not required Must be able to answer basic .Net and SQL questions (ASP.Net vs. ASP; explain joins data structures, primary key, etc.) This person will be responsible for doing upgrades to the existing applications in use as well as fixing and maintain current applications. Need to be very technical as they will be working directly with the code.
