Need someone local. Qualifications: (Knowledge, Experience and Skills) • 5+ years experience as a business analyst with knowledge of multiple complex business applications. Specifically we are looking for someone who has experience in one or more of the following application domains: • Asset management systems • Student systems • Financial systems • Research systems • Reporting and business intelligence (i.e., analytics) systems • Passionate about producing high-quality requirements, i.e., solutions that work in a higher education setting. • Strong technically and understands database applications, SQL, data interfaces, web applications and ERP systems. • Familiarity with concepts like database tuning, performance and security. • Ability to switch-tasks quickly within a constantly evolving environment. • Ability to establish and maintain trusting and respectful relationships with customers. • Effectively copes with change; comfortably adjusts to alterations in work activities; able to decide and act with limited information; effectively handles risk and uncertainty in ambiguous situations. • Strong project and time management skills as well as dedication to detail and accuracy. • Superior communication and interpersonal skills that will help champion good requirements gathering to a large user base. · Experience and background with using Agile Scrum methodology · Experience acting as the Product Manager in Agile, writing user stories and grooming the product backlog • Background in Higher Education a big plus.
