Duties & Responsibilites :	Hi, Please share resume for below requirement ASAP: We have a immediate requirements (Role: Production owner or Product owner delegate) for Sr. technical business analyst needed for an Agile Product Owner role.  The Product Owner will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the requirements. He should have worked in the software and wireless industries, and has requirements experience in Agile and waterfall software development methodologies. Below is detailed JD for the position Below: Position: This candidate should have experience writing requirements for Big Data systems, like Hadoop or Cassandra.   Rest of the R&R are common to both the positions (as stated below). Location: Chicago IL Job Title:  Sr. Business Analyst Experience level: 10 Years (Recent work should be on Agile) Responsibilities: • Define and maintain a long term plan for the solution in conjunction with the rest of the team that is consistent with the business needs and value proposition • Understand the business problems and transform these into requirements/user stories/epics that can be utilized by the development team • Support the planning of upcoming releases by taking the roadmap concepts and prioritizing needs per release • Prioritize the requirements/user stories in conjunction with the development team and provide clarification and adjustments as needed; managing the backlog of user stories • Participate in the appropriate planning and development process steps, including the Agile steps of Sprint Planning, Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective • Work with the project leads and other application teams to make sure that interfaces and coordinated development aspects are properly planned and sequenced • Support reviews of development, architecture, and testing artifacts • Know the overall solution and understand how it works together and how it might evolve over time • Support cost/benefit analyses in the planning process • Review plans for application documentation required and support the review of the documentation Qualifications (REQUIRED): • 10 years business analysis experience • Experience with requirements reporting and analytics tools, OLAP • Agile team member • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with internal customers and team members • Great communication skills (verbal and written) • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to work as a team member and independently • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible Qualifications (Desired): • Agile Scrum Product Owner certification • Wireless/Mobility experience
