Duties & Responsibilites :

Job Description:
This position will be responsible for planning and implementing the next generation Client Digital Workspace (DWP) including the global Intranet, collaboration sites, and enterprise social platform. This role will be instrumental in developing and configuring SharePoint Web sites, developing Web Parts components, building page templates, integrating social networking capabilities, and establishing best practices and standards. Successful execution will require a strong understanding of SharePoint 2010 / 2013 platform, Web development, content management technologies, and user training and documentations. You will be collaborating and working across several teams and business groups throughout Client to deliver scalable and re-usable technology solutions. - Establish an information architecture for the Sharepoint platform and the intranet - Administer and configure Sharepoint search, workflow, security, and other platform settings - Set up new SharePoint environments for testing and development - Establish and create data interfaces with other systems such as HR and CRM - Integrate Sharepoint with enterprise social network capabilities - Develop custom Web Parts and other re-usable components - Research, prototype, recommend, and champion new software and technologies. - Actively interface with other team members and teams to gather requirements, design, code, debug, document, and implement - Establish and communicate technical specifications, coding standards, best practices, and training documentations - Highly motivated self-starter, detail and quality oriented and able to work independently and in team environment

Skills Required:
• Minimum of 5 year experience in SharePoint development and server administration
• Experience configuring and optimizing SharePoint 2010 server in a farm environment
• Experience configuring and optimizing SharePoint workflow and search
• Experience deploying page layouts, Web Parts and custom components on SharePoint server
• Experience migrating SharePoint server from one version to another
• Experience defining and integrating data interface between SharePoint and other systems
• Experience with SQL, XML, XSLT, and data transformation
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Experience / familiarity with both waterfall and agile principles/methodologies
• Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects under tight constraints
• Prior experience administering and optimizing SharePoint 2013 Server, IIS 6.0/7.0, and Team Foundation Server a plus
