Duties & Responsibilites :	Job Details: Role: QA Test Coordinator Location: - Atlanta GA/St. Louis MO/San Ramon CA Duration: - 12+ month Job Description: Skills: 1) Excellent communication & presentation skills 2) Exceptional project/program management skills 3) Good negotiation skills 4) Testing lifecycle knowledge is must 5) Telecom OSS domain knowledge is desirable 6) Highly motivated individual – self driver and can work independently 7) Previous Test Lead experience (leading 5 or more people) 8) Experience in waterfall & Agile software development model Responsibilities: 1) Facilitate and take ownership of E2E testing 2) Effective coordination with all the application teams and testing teams involved in E2E testing 3) Estimations & Budgeting - Tracking 4) Ensure impact analysis in case of schedule deviations, if any 5) Project tracking, monitoring and risk management 6) Coordinating in a multi-vendor engagement mode and delivering quality work 7) Updating the daily & Weekly status to higher leadership 8) Defect Management
