| Duties & Responsibilites : | Job Description: - main area of responsibility platform migrations -open systems side -Unix/Linux is a MUST -Mainframe would be great -Having worked w/ off shore teams Max rate is $60/Hour, do not send candidate beyond this rate. Job Details: • Technical Environment: Oracle on Unix/ Linux platforms. As well as DB2 on z/OS • Database design expertise (logical design) • On the modeling end… will not be the putting the DBO in to the database management system • This candidate will be working w/ the business users, and developers, to come up w/ a structure for the database and the content of the database • Probably be working on 2-4 different projects maybe more than that at one time • Data architect supports all of databases for all of projects (tax, garnishments, every product that ADP has) • Team of 3 people, 2 in San Dimas, 1 in India • Would prefer someone w/ offshore support experience but it is not required • Compare issues in weekly meetings 7:30am call • 5 years absolute minimum ideally 8-10 years of experience • Interviewing Process: Resume Review, Phone Screening (1 hour), would like to do an on-site F2F, with multiple people usually 1-3 people at a time. More technical interview during F2F |
