We are looking at primarily a BA role. Experience with HRMS or Enterprise Payroll applications is preferred but we would be open to look at PeopleSoft as well, although that is not our first preference.

We need candidates that can work with clients and their vendors, gather requirements and write specifications (for SQR programming) and manages timelines.

They need to have a good understanding of the base tables for the various modules as well as the ability to multi task in a stressful environment.

Experience with HRMS or Enterprise Payroll applications is preferred.

Peoplesoft Expereince is preferred.

The candidates work with clients and vendors, gather requirements and write specifications (for SQR programming) and manages timelines

Strong functional knowledge of peoplesoft HCM or HR/payroll.
-
Must be Comfortable with producing the BRD, FRD and BPD documents, requirements gathering, interviewing, gap analysis, working within a diverse group to handle operational services, etc.
