*UI Designer Texas 6 months * Requirements •5+ years professional experience as a Visual / UI Designer •Excellent understand of design patterns for web and mobile •Have an eye for what is good design and what is bad design •User-centered design focus •Willing to take risk and provide innovative / creative solutions •Excellent understanding of color, typography, layout and iconography and experience in designing for both web and mobile products. •Proficient with current versions of Adobe Creative Suite and design tools •Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects at the same time, prioritizing workload whilst maintaining strong attention to detail. •Ability to give feedback and come up with solutions to solve design and usability issues. •Results oriented with a demonstrated ability work under pressure while maintaining a flexible attitude. •High level of initiative with a creative perspective to problem solving. •Able to work independently, and as part of a team. •Highly motivated and takes pride in what's crafted •Online portfolio of projects •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Solid understanding of interaction design •A good understanding of HTML5, JQuery and Javscript is a plus. •This NOT a developer role
