* * *OBIEE Developer* *Los Angeles, CA* *Contract :6months* *POSITION SUMMARY:* This Senior Applications Developer will collaborate proactively with functional analysts to translate business and integration requirements into configurable component designs and solutions. This position will code, unit test, implement and support these enterprise application solutions. The ideal candidate will reflect a mix of strong technical proficiency, application maintenance ownership, and the ability to work effectively with other business and technology personnel and internal customers to provide very responsive support to this global application. *DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:* * Experience in OBIEE 11g. * Experience in designing custom warehouses * Experience in Data modeling, creation and configuration of metadata objects * Experience in catalog objects, design, development and tuning of dashboards and reports * Experience in schema design and Oracle Data Integrator 11g (ODI) * Strong background in data warehouse, data management and data analytics * Ability to setup OBIEE security requirements as well as guide the users with recommendations. * Knowledge of Oracle EBS modules * Ability to work with Oracle support in troubleshooting issues with OBIEE data and functionality * Experience in Oracle pl/sql and Sql tuning.Provide technical guidance and mentoring to others in areas of expertise. *Skills Required* * Excellent technical skills: o OBIEE Expert. o PL/SQL, SQL o proficiency in Java o Solid experience with web services (SOA,.Java). o XML (DOM manipulation, SAX parsing, XPATH, XSLT). * Perfect understanding of relational databases (including tables, views, indexes, tablespaces etc.). * Complete mastery of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and the translation of business requirements. * Experience with change management tools and processes, including source code control, versioning, branching, defect tracking and release management. * Good knowledge and understanding of Oracle API's. * In-depth knowledge of applications code registration procedures. * Good working knowledge in Unix/Linux shell scripting. * Ability to identify system impact for small and large scale initiatives. * Experience with global implementations of large scale Applications. *Preferred* * Proficiency with MS Project/Visio. * Bi-lingual. * Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying deadlines. * Ability to effectively lead and motivate small project teams. * Achieves results under limited direction. * Strong customer and results orientation. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Conflict resolution skills. *Experience:* *Required* * A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT/Technology. * A minimum of 3 years experience in application development. *Preferred* * Experience with international or multi-level marketing business. * Experience with complex, multi-national application implementations. *Education:* * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent. *Preferred* * Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent -- Thanks & Regards, * * *Rakesh N | * *Infolob Solutions Inc.| * Ph: 972-535-5559 Ext 111 | Fax: 888-228-4125 | Email: [email protected] |www.infolob.com | *A MBE COMPANY | ORACLE PLATINUM PARTNER COMPANY* * * Note: We respect your Online Privacy.
