Having experience on IBM WebSphere Operational Decision Management (ODM) is preferable. • Analysis of client supplied documents. • Design and Development • Preparation of Unit Test Plan and testing • Quality Reviews of deliverables • Ensure quality of the programs developed Ensure all relevant documents (checklist provided by the client if any, documents from previous phases, IQA review records along with substantiation of IQA defects closure, tailored templates if any for the division for the artifact being reviewed or any other important information that the offshore team should be aware of before performing the review).
