Project Manager *Relevant Experience (Yrs)* : 5-6 yrs of experience *Technical/Functional Skills* : Project Manager with Healthcare industry exp. *Experience Required* >8 YRS *Roles & Responsibilities* : – Prepare and Maintain Detailed Project Plan – Arrive at estimation with the help of technical team – Identify, track and resolve project issues and risks – Organize/facilitate meetings with all necessary stakeholders and Proactively disseminate project information to all stakeholders – Manage and get necessary commitments from the dependent stakeholders such as business availability for UAT and QA team for SIT – Ensuring that the solution is of acceptable quality, budget and schedule – Proactively managing scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management – Manage the overall schedule to ensure deliverables are planned and completed on time and within budget – Track and report clarity budget vs actuals – Assign tasks and track time reporting in clarity – Ensure that the team follows Humana process standards and 100% compliant – Review product backlog, sprint backlog and story progress in version one for the project – Own project related impediments and resolve with product owner and other sub areas – Defining and collecting metrics to give a sense for how the project is progressing and whether the deliverables produced are acceptable -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "American Vendor--IT Consulting" group.
