*Responsibilities:* · *Interact with the Application Business Owners of a large American company in the entertainment industry.* The application business owners are the teams responsible for managing the business through the specific applications. Interactions with approx. 40 application owners would be required and should cover understand the business process, BCP/DR expectations for the applications · *Understand the application details from BCP/DR perspective.*This is to be done for the identified twenty applications through application document study as well as focused interactions with application SMEs. · *Create the Document for the BCP/DR* for all the identified twenty applications so that these are acceptable and approved by the IT Management · Decide the DR testing strategy for the applications · *Conduct the DR testing* for the applications and present the DR Testing findings *Skills required:* · Extensive expertise in the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning of IT applications and the related concepts · Good ability to the understand the application functionalities and the related business processes · Experience in documenting the BCP/DR plans for the IT applications · Good understanding of the Disaster Recovery testing strategies for the IT applications · Hands on experience in conducting the DR testing of the IT applications *Soft Skills:* · Excellent skills of interactions with senior and mid-senior level business function executives, especially from the North American geographies · Ability to conduct one-o-one and group interactions with Business and IT stakeholders · Meticulous planning skills and good ability of execution · Good ability to create professional documents related to BCP/DR · Good in communication and networking *Thanks & Regards* *Patrick* *Technical Recruiter* *Phone: 201-731-2034 X 942 * *Email: **[email protected]*<[email protected]> ** -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "American Vendor--IT Consulting" group.
