The worker will be assigned to the Adult Protective Services (APS) SHIELD
project.  They will be a part of the development team to implement new
assessment tools and casework practice model in the IMPACT and MPS case
management systems. The worker will work in an Agile environment using
Scrum methodologies and techniques under the direction of DFPS Management.



The worker's primary activities include but not limited to:



·         Prioritizing the sprint backlog

·         Estimate the effort to implement User Stories

·         Assisting in functional design of web pages and system

·         Test planning, script writing and execution

·         Building automated test scripts

·         Providing results to team

·         Identify obstacles and informing the Scrum Master

·         Daily Scrum meetings

·         Update documentation



The worker must demonstrate past successful projects where the worker
contributed in a similar role. The worker will be required to follow DFPS
development standards and processes. Preference will be given to those
candidates who have related experience to APS, DFPS or other human services
agencies.
