The architect should be able to also do hands-on work on need basis. • The current application in in Flex 3 and has issues with data binding, error handling, integration with backend services etc., • The resource should be able to dig through code and identify possible solutions to handle these issues in Flex 3 itself • Also provide an approach to upgrade it to Flex 4 • Discuss with Hanover architect for sign off on design and coordinate with Developers (both Hanover and other vendor) during development till production.
