Will be in support of work on the PeopleSoft HCMS 9.1
implementation project.

The focus of the work will be development, testing, and troubleshooting of
complex custom Commitment Accounting and related Payroll enhancements and
processes.

*The ideal candidate should have most of the following:***

   - Senior PeopleSoft developer 70% technical and 30 functional in
   PeopleSoft Payroll (PY) and Commitment Accounting (CA).
   - Strong technical and functional previous project implementation
   experience with Commitment Accounting/Payroll setup, processing, and
   payroll integration with PeopleSoft Finance.
   - Must understand and be able to communicate the data relationships
   between PeopleSoft HR, Payroll, and Commitment Accounting configuration
   tables and PeopleSoft Payroll/Commitment Accounting transaction data tables
   and the data flow between PeopleSoft HCMS and Finance.
   - Must have ability to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot the setup of
   core PeopleSoft HR tables, Payroll tables,  Payroll Tax

   Commitment Accounting,  and Chatfield tables.
   - Must have used AE and component interface processing either with
   PeopleSoft conversions or for interface processing that loaded large
   volumes of data/transaction into core PeopleSoft tables.
   - Must have been a senior developer using People Code, Component
   Interface, and Application Engine on at least two 8.8/9.x HCMS
   implementations, preferably in Education/Government.


   - Must have been a senior technical programmer on 5 or more PeopleSoft
   HCMS 7.5x to 9.x life-cycle implementations/upgrades.


   - Must be experience with all aspects of People Tools/Application
   designer and be able to develop complex customizations using AE, CI,
   Peoplecode, Component, SQR, XML Publisher, Integration broker, Service
   Operations, WSDL/SOAP development, Application Package technology.


    - 3 plus years working with and developing/enhancing complex custom
      component interface and application engine processes.
      - 7 plus years hands-on People Code programming experience in a
      PeopleSoft 8.8/9.x HCMS environment modify/enhancing delivered
HR, CA, and
      Payroll functionality.
      - 7 plus years PeopleSoft People Tools 8.47 to 8.5x experience
      - At least 1 People tools 8.5x upgrade/implementation lasting more
      than 5 months
      - 7 plus years’ experience using SQL to support PeopleSoft
      programming tasks


   - Testing:  Must be able to identify unit test scenarios, create unit
   test documents, and perform unit /regression testing for all work
   assigned.
   - Communication: Must be able to provide input to peers, management and
   application owners for recommendations and alternate solutions and/or
   improvements. Identify problems and solutions, and provide updates on
   projects and their status to management.
   - Documentation: Must be able to prepare design and technical
   documentation for all work.
   - Mentoring:  Must be willing to coach and mentor other team members.
   - Planning/Process Management:  Must be able to prepare time estimates
   for all phases of technical work assigned and recommend improvements in
   technical processes where applicable.
